Training Workshops

ProFormance specialise in the design and delivery of in-house learning and development programmes, of which a training workshop is one of the best the forums for learning.

Our workshops are designed following best practice principles and our sales training programme is NZQA accredited which means your sales staff are not only upskilled, but can also achieve a recognised qualification.

We get to know our client’s industry and business by working alongside management and their teams to fully understand what you want to achieve and the challenges that you are facing. We then address this in the workshops.

The training design ensures that all learning styles are catered for and that the workshop is highly practical, interactive and based on your products, customer examples and case studies, so that the learning is real not just theoretical.
